Needing Some #LatinaFitspo

Am I the only one having a hard time finding images of latina women hard at work…glowing, eating clean, being healthy, inspiring? Do a search on Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Google etc. and the results are very limited. Perhaps it is because I am a visual person but I am motivated by the strength, endurance, and willpower other women exhibit, even more so when their body shows their hard work. Don’t even get me started on food visuals. I will not attempt any recipes if i have no idea how the end result should look. Latinas should motivate and inspire other Latinas. Latinas should share the delicious healthier versions of our favorite cultural recipes. It would be awesome if Latinas could find the information and inspiration they are looking for easily. I have begun to #latinafit, #latinafitness, #latinamotivation, #latinahealth, etc. I have sent out the group text to my latina friends asking them to do the same. I love those women btw, but that’s a different story or rather a different blog 🙂
