I love the city I live in. There most definitely is a reason why Austin is considered one of the fittest cities in the United States. There is always a great amount of people doing all kinds of outdoor activities. Today I ran my First 5k run in 5 months….pain free!!! It felt so good to be able to accomplish this. It was a beautiful day for a trail run. Apparently I wasn’t the only one that thought so there were a Lot of moms out on the trail pushing babies in strollers.
