Crossfit Workout 5-9-2013

Today’s Crossfit Workout is three rounds.  The first round is 21 repetitions of handstand push-ups and pull-ups, followed by a round of 15 reps, and ends with a round of 9 reps.  Here are some modifications for those of us who have not mastered the handstand push-up yet.  Yes, I’ve been crossfitting for 2.5 years and I haven’t mastered the HSPU yet.  You may get it sooner and that’s great.  For some of us It’ll come with time and consistent practice.  Can’t do pull-ups yet?  Watch this video to see pull-up modification on the pull-up bar. No bar?   Here are some alternatives to do instead.
