Pregnancy Progress & Still Crossfitting

I’m so proud that I have continued to be active and eat clean during my pregnancy. There have been days that I have not been able to make it to the gym but I always get right back in as soon as I feel better. My coaches have been wonderful, very understanding in my need to scale down weight and change exercises. They also understand the frustration I feel at having to go down in weight that I am able to lift. It’s all good though. Me and baby are doing great! That’s all that matters.
